the location is perfect, with stunning views from the rooftop and easy access to nearby attractions. the room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. the staff was friendly, always willing to help with any requests we had. Breakfast was delicious, with a range of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the pool and bar facilities, perfect for a relaxing afternoon.
One aspect of the hotel that could be improved upon is the training for staff at the front desk.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The room had all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. The housekeeping was exceptional, and the room was always clean and tidy. Plus, the hotel offered a wide range of services, such as room service and car hire, which made my stay even more convenient. The highlight for me was definitely the spa and wellness center, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage and used the indoor swimming pool and sauna. Highly recommended!

The pool bar had amazing views of the surrounding area and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was also perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive.
There seemed to be an issue with the hot water as it didn't always work very well. some of the staff at the reception desk were not very welcoming or helpful.
